# Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reactive Intelligence Inc. (“Reactive”) handles personal information when people visit reactive.dev or use the Reactive app and API (the “Service”).

**In short:** Reactive collects what it needs to run accounts and deliver Signals. It does not sell personal information, and it does not use Customer data to train AI models.

## 1 Who this covers

This policy covers visitors to reactive.dev and the people who use the Service on behalf of the businesses that subscribe to it (“Customers”). For data a Customer puts into the Service, Reactive acts on the Customer’s instructions under the [Terms of Service](https://reactive.dev/terms). The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children.

## 2 Information collected

- **Account details**, such as name, work email and organization. Sign-in uses links sent by email, so there are no passwords to store.
- **Billing details**, handled by Reactive’s payment processor. Reactive does not store card numbers.
- **Monitors and their destinations**, such as the conditions a Customer sets up and where Signals are sent.
- **Messages** sent to Reactive, including sales and support enquiries.
- **Early-access requests**, such as name, work email, company, the agent used and what it should watch, with how the visit reached reactive.dev, such as the campaign or site that linked to it. Those campaign details are kept in the browser only for the length of the visit.
- **Usage information**, such as log data, IP address and device details, and cookies needed to keep people signed in. Reactive does not use advertising cookies.

## 3 How it is used

To provide and secure the Service, deliver Signals, bill Customers, respond to enquiries, send service messages, email people who asked for early access about it (with a way to stop at any time), understand which campaigns bring visitors, improve the Service and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, Reactive relies on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.

Reactive does not sell personal information or share it for advertising, and does not use Customer data to train AI models.

## 4 Sharing

Personal information is shared only with service providers that help run the Service (such as hosting, payments, email delivery and AI model providers, who may not use it for their own purposes), where a Customer directs it, where the law requires, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

## 5 Public sources

The Service reads public sources and licensed data to detect the changes Customers ask about. These occasionally contain personal information, such as a name on a public web page. Reactive uses it only to detect changes, does not build profiles of people, and keeps it only as long as needed. Anyone with a concern can contact [privacy@reactive.dev](mailto:privacy@reactive.dev).

## 6 Retention and security

Reactive keeps personal information for as long as an account is active or as needed for the purposes above, then deletes it, except where the law requires it to be kept longer. Reactive uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.

## 7 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how it is used. Most account details can be changed in the app; for anything else, contact [privacy@reactive.dev](mailto:privacy@reactive.dev). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

## 8 Changes and contact

Reactive will post changes to this policy here and notify Customers of material changes. Questions: [privacy@reactive.dev](mailto:privacy@reactive.dev), or Reactive Intelligence Inc., c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.
